1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qb99 ("qb99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://qb99.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the qb99 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. qb99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created by registering on the qb99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by qb99 before a Player may withdraw funds or access full Platform features.
• "Platform" means the qb99 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications operated at https://qb99.io.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or promotional amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the qb99 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the qb99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qb99 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under this age threshold.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under your local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not a registered compulsive gambler or subject to any self-exclusion order.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of qb99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the qb99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

• Registration requires a valid email address and a secure password of at least eight characters.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all qb99 Accounts.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• qb99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Full KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address, is required before any withdrawal request is processed. qb99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qb99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). qb99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. qb99 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return-to-source" policy). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within two hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers.

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• qb99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance may be withdrawn.
• qb99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

qb99 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply to all qb99 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are stated clearly in the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the qb99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game category. General betting rules that apply across all markets are as follows:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. qb99 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the bet's placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), qb99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to market suspension during interruptions in the event. Bets placed before an event interruption will stand unless the event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned according to the relevant sport's governing body rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event type, and player account history. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• qb99 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or accumulator, as communicated in the relevant sport rules section of the Platform.

For casino games, slots, and crash titles, game-specific rules as published by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) govern the outcome and settlement of all plays. The Platform's RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes are independently verified for fairness.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qb99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account balances without recourse:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any financially criminal activity through the Platform.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino table games or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported immediately to [email protected].

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qb99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from qb99.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the qb99 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

qb99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. qb99 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

qb99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qb99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which qb99 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and qb99, the Player is encouraged to first contact the qb99 Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. qb99 will respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, qb99 may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent mediator. Decisions made through the formal dispute resolution process are binding on both parties unless set aside by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
